Full Up Fall!

Today is a bit rainy on the mountain - but the views from the windows elicit a smile as the various fall colors paint Mentone in a beautiful way. In the past few weeks guests have been experiencing all the adventures that make Lookout Mountain and the surrounding area special. From glass blowing at Orbix to horseback riding at the Shady Grove Ranch to waterfalls and trails in the DeSoto State Park to festivals and seasonal pop up events, October has been a fabulous month of memory making.  The Mentone Art Center, Moon Lake Village, the Log Cabin Village, Mentone Market, The Rabbit Hole at the Hatter Cafe, and the downtown district of Fort Payne all make for Fun Shopping. If Leaf Peeping is a favorite for you it is not too soon to consider booking for next year. The B&B website books dates a full year out and demand for the fall season means we tend to book up well in advance. We would would love to have you experience the peacefulness of the B&B (and maybe even pumpkin cinnamon rolls!)  before adventuring out to explore all that Mentone has to offer.
